As Koalas Vegas, you want to play, and win, the Root Roulette.
Each turn you can place bet tokens face down. Whenever you do so, you are gambling on whether that token will survive to the Payout phase at the start of your next turn or whether it will be removed in battle by other players. You can even bet that a token will be removed by one specific opponent to earn big.

Each bet you win scores you points, with each consecutive bet scoring one more point than the last as your Winning Streak stack grows. You can further increase your gains by placing tokens in your All In stack and doing so also gives you 1 extra action. But beware, once a token is in the All In stack you cannot get it back to your supply, and when you lose a bet, all tokens in the All In stack are removed from the game permanently.

To place bet tokens, you must reveal an increasing number of cards. Those cards serve as stakes: when you lose a bet, the player that made you lose can take some of your revealed cards. The more there are, the more they take. If an opponent gets greedy, they can call that they double down when they attack a bet token. This doubles the number of hits both you and them deal, the number of points scored from removing buildings and tokens, and the bet: if you lose they take twice as many cards, if you win you score twice as many points.

You can get an influx of cards by building Koalasinos. They provide little value once built so you can leave them to die. You can use them to bait opponents into attacking you and win a bet, or simply feed points to the lowest player. Indeed, you get more actions and cards by having the lowest score.
